Account and billing information

We store basic account details, billing references, and support contact data that are required to provide service and manage subscriptions.

Operational telemetry

We collect limited product telemetry to maintain reliability, improve performance, and detect abuse. Telemetry scope is reviewed on a regular basis.

Purpose limitation

Customer data is used for product delivery, security operations, billing, and support. We do not process customer data for unrelated purposes.

Retention windows

Records are retained only for defined periods and then deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for operational or legal purposes.

Security controls

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Stored data is protected with encryption at rest and controlled key management practices.

Access governance

Internal access follows least privilege and role based permissions. Sensitive access is logged and reviewed through internal control checks.

Customer privacy requests

Customers may request export, correction, or deletion by contacting care@yapex.app. Requests are validated and handled through a documented process.

Incident readiness

We maintain monitoring and incident procedures designed to identify, contain, and communicate relevant service events in a timely manner.
